At the moment we only ship within Australia via our online store - get in touch if you’d like to enquire about international shipping options.

Products are usually shipped within 2-4 business days

Flat rate for standard shipping (2-8 days) with tracking via Australian Post is $10, express option available for $16

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 - use promo code HANDMADE at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are happy to exchange for a different colour, valued at same price within 7 days of receiving your order. In this case the shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Exchanges are for online purchases only.

In the rare case the product is faulty we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs will be paid by us. Contact us if you would like to arrange a refund or exchange on a faulty item

Please be aware that we can not accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
